Capricorn Digital was founded in 2002 by two brothers - Ryan and Daniel Lazarus.
Since inception their dedication to quality, innovation and service hasn't changed. In order to maintain their high standards while growing the business, they have brought in and also collaborate with some of the industry's top people. Having built a digital studio with a solid foundation, they are ready to take on any new challenge!
Executive Directors:
Ryan Lazarus, Managing Director
Completing a degree in business management, Ryan's career started in fashion design and marketing and with the advent of digital technology and the internet, he realised he had found the perfect platform to direct his talents and interest. Since 1999 Ryan has been involved in the digital environment, cultivating some of the worlds most recognised brands and directing productions. Ryan is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company and is actively involved in the marketing and direction of key accounts.
Daniel Lazarus, Creative Director
Daniel is the key creative mind behind Capricorn Digital. Excelling to the top of his class in fine arts and graphic design, he then embarked on a career in digital design and animation. Since 1998 Daniel has been fine-tuning his 3D and motion graphics skills to become one of the most talented artists in his domain. Before founding Capricorn Digital, he worked for various agencies, progressing from 3D animator to Creative Director. Daniel is responsible for managing and directing the creative team and also acts as lead animator and visual effects artist.
Malcolm Berger, Technical Director
Malcolm is the multi-tasking technical wizard. He has had 13 years experience in IT networking and infrastructure and has worked for some of the worlds largest corporates. Malcolm is responsible for making sure that the complex technology that runs our production facility continues to work reliably so we can consistently deliver our client's projects on time every time.
